Getting Out of The Rut

Here are a couple of questions I’ve received today:

Q: How to get out of the rut?
My Answer: I am not a psychologist but play one at home. I suggest you figure out ways to substitute the negative behavior with a positive one and do so consistently. So when you recognize the pattern, force yourself to engage in another positive behavior and then reward yourself!

For example: Start to create new good content and then engage a prospect or a client. Have a stimulating discussion with a colleague. Take a walk with your dog or open a great bottle of wine. You get the idea.

Q: Do you ever get down anymore?
My Answer: Rarely and when I do, I know the necessary behavior pattern to change it immediately!
