Explore these trending discussions to identify their relevance to your audience, and transform these insights into engaging, contemporary content that resonates with their current interests and concerns.
  4. Deciphering Feedback: Client reviews and feedback are gold mines of information, offering unfiltered insight into what clicks and what misses the mark. Take these into account and adjust accordingly.
  5. Data Doesn’t Lie: Which content is gaining traction on your website, email newsletter, podcast, or video channels? What prompts clicks, and what leads to bounce backs? Delving into your analytics is akin to reading your audience’s digital body language, providing crucial data to fine-tune your content strategies.
  6. Study Your Rivals: Your competitors can serve as unintentional guide. What are they publishing that resonates with their audience? Leverage artificial intelligence tools like ChatGPT to analyze and identify your competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, to help you elevate your content game?
  7. Daring to Defy: Steve Jobs famously stated, “Some people say give the customers what they want, but that’s not my approach. Our job is to figure out what they’re going to want before they do…People don’t know what they want until you show it to them. That’s why I never rely on market research. Our task is to read things that are not yet on the page.” It’s in this spirit of daring foresight and innovation that we can truly expand our horizons and push the envelope in content creation.
