Pragmatic Technologies for Life and Business Success®

Most professionals say they want to deliver deeper value for their clients. Fewer are willing to rethink how that value is created, articulated, and monetized. I wanted to see whether AI could do more than speed things up. I wanted to test whether it could help me think better, design smarter offers, and uncover real leverage.
So, I put it to the test through a serious stress test, not for content, but for strategy. What emerged is my master prompt below, a tool designed to pressure test ideas, surface high value opportunities, and architect offers with real six to seven figure potential
This is not the only prompt I am using, and it is not a magic shortcut. It is one of several high leverage prompts I am actively using to think, plan, and pressure test my next flagship offer. Its role is specific. It helps me strip away weak assumptions, force sharper decisions, and focus on offers that justify serious fees and scale.
“Act as a principal level business strategist, offer architect, and monetization advisor for experienced consultants and advisors.
Your objective is to help me design and validate a flagship offer with realistic six to seven figure revenue potential.
Ground everything in my existing expertise, credibility, audience, and assets.
Work through this sequentially:
Challenge weak assumptions. Push back on underpricing. Remove unnecessary complexity.
Optimize for leverage, authority, and income, not speed alone.
Present the output as a clear strategic brief with rationale and next actions.”
What makes this prompt powerful is not just the wording, it is the discipline it enforces. It does not let you hide behind vague ideas, clever packaging, or incremental offers. It forces clarity around the problem, the buyer, the economics, and the leverage. It pushes you to think like an owner, not just a creator, and to design an offer that earns its fee through outcomes, not effort. Used correctly, this prompt exposes which ideas are worth building and which should be killed early.
This is exactly the kind of thinking and execution I am bringing into the AI Insider Lab, which is launching this month. The Lab is not about prompts for the sake of prompts. It is about using AI as a strategic partner to clarify positioning, design premium offers, compress decision cycles, and drive measurable business results. If you want to move beyond experimentation and start applying AI with precision and intent, I invite you to join me inside the AI Insider Lab. Details are coming shortly. This is for professionals who want leverage, not noise.
