This week’s reflection point: I am ecstatic to announce the debut of the new and exciting web presence for my company, The Chad Barr Group. This was a long time in the making and took the focus and dedication of our entire team to complete. I want to take this opportunity to publicly thank each and every one of my amazing and creative team members. And I want to thank YOU, our loyal clients and colleagues, as you are the reason and inspiration we do what we do and the purpose behind why we continue the quest to always Raise The Barr™.

My top lessons learned:

• Ask for help and leverage the strength of the genius surrounding you.
• Remind yourself of your passion and the purpose of your existence.
• Challenge others and welcome others challenging you.
• When you assemble a group of talented and committed individuals who understand the vision and the goals, remarkable results ensue.
• It takes a village to raise a child but it takes the entire Chad Barr Group team to make a vision a reality.
