3 Biggest Mistakes Raising the Barr Weekly Memo: Issue No. 84

This week’s reflection point: A client of mine just asked me what are the top three mistakes I observe that prevent elite business owners from reaching a higher level of success. Here they are:

  1. Poor strategy and lack of marketing blueprint. The problem here is the missing clarification of what amazing success means to you and your business, how would you describe and paint it and what is the definition of your ideal future? Next is the description of your ideal clients, who they are, where are they located, what are their reading, listening, viewing and events attendance preferences? Next is the demonstration of your remarkable value in terms of products and services that make you irresistible in the eyes of your clients. Finally, it’s the creation of a marketing blueprint that enables you to successfully attract your ideal clients to you.
  2. Lack of discipline and action taking. This all comes down to the ability to effectively holding yourself accountable to your commitments, achieving your goals and taking step by step action.
  3. Not meeting with buyers each week. Unless the strategy, marketing blueprint, goals setting and action steps lead towards consistent meeting with buyers, your business will eventually vanish.

My best clients avoid these three mistakes and excel at creating a powerful strategy that is well executed that leads to meeting with buyers constantly.

This week’s tip: You have the success formula above. Now go execute.
