Stuck? Use AI. Deliver Results! Raising the Barr Weekly Memo: Issue 668

Every strategist gets pinned to the blank page. Not for lack of ideas, but because the signal is buried under noise. This is where AI earns its keep. Used correctly, it does not replace your judgment, it accelerates it. Consultants and advisors using AI already complete more work, faster, and at higher quality on structured tasks. That is not theory, it is measured in controlled studies and large-scale surveys.

The game has also changed. AI summaries inside search results reduce clicks to websites, which means waiting to be discovered is a losing strategy. If you want to help clients, stop waiting to be found. Spark interest yourself, then guide them to your site, newsletter and your list where you can continue the conversation and follow up properly. AI can help you find angles, pressure test ideas, and package value faster, so you publish before the moment passes.

The Prompt I Use, Exactly

Copy, modify to describe your own business, paste, and use as written. Your AI must have web browsing enabled so it can verify what is current.

“I’m Chad Barr, a digital strategy and AI advisor who helps consultants, coaches, and corporate advisors scale their influence, authority, and revenue through web strategy, standout digital content, and AI-powered execution. My newsletter shares strategic insights on business growth, AI, content leadership, and marketing innovation.

Your task:

  1. Search the web to identify what’s currently trending and relevant for professionals in consulting, coaching, thought leadership, digital marketing, and AI strategy.
  2. Cross-reference these findings with themes from my past newsletters—such as digital transformation, web strategy, authority building, AI tools for business growth, and content leadership.
  3. Produce 10–15 fresh, powerful newsletter topics that:

* Tap into current conversations, challenges, or opportunities for my audience

* Reinforce my positioning as a trusted, forward-thinking strategist

* Inspire readers to act, rethink, or elevate their performance

For each topic, provide:

* A title suggestion that’s clear, memorable, and enticing

* A 1–2 sentence summary of the key insight or takeaway

* A strategic angle explaining how my perspective could stand out or challenge conventional thinking

Ensure every idea is insightful, practical, and designed for high engagement among consultants, coaches, and corporate advisors.”

This prompt forces relevance, newness, and application. It prevents generic lists and produces actionable intelligence you can stand behind.

How to Use AI When You Are Stuck

Think of this as a ten-minute reset, not a fishing expedition.

  1. Anchor to what is real
Tell the model to pull two or three current sources per idea. Skim them, then summarize from memory in your own words. Your language stays original; the sources keep you honest. Large studies show AI helps you work faster and expand the range of tasks you can take on, but you still supply the judgment.
  2. Pick topics that travel across platforms
Choose ideas that can live as a newsletter, a LinkedIn post that sparks comments, and a one-page diagnostic on your site. LinkedIn currently rewards meaningful comments and saves more than vanity reactions, so frame your post to invite expert discussion, not applause.
  3. Build for a no click world
If AI summaries reduce search clicks, your content must work where the click never comes. Publish native value on the platform, then capture interest with a crisp call-to-action (CTA) to your list or a useful download. The point is to create demand you own.
  4. Add one move clients can do in 48 hours
Every piece should include a small win. Examples appear below. This is where you turn curiosity into progress.

Examples You Can Publish This Week

  • The SEO reset for advisors
Insight: AI Overviews and summaries depress click through rates on informational queries.
Quick move: Convert your top three search posts into platform native carousels and short videos, each ending with a diagnostic link to your site. Track saves and replies, not likes.
  • LinkedIn without guesswork
Insight: Deeper discussion outperforms shallow reach.
Quick move: Publish one post that states a testable claim, then seed five substantive comments that advance the argument and invite peers to weigh in. Measure comment quality from ICPs.
  • From outline to asset in a day
Insight: AI accelerates first drafts and expands your creative range if you direct it with constraints.
Quick move: Use the prompt above to generate a short outline, ask for two contrarian angles, choose one, then have the model produce a 5-slide executive brief and a 7-point checklist for clients.

Guardrails That Keep You Original

  • Attribute ideas, own the interpretation. Link out when you cite a stat, then add your model, your case example, and your move.

  • Quote rarely, synthesize often. Keep direct quotes short, then explain what they mean for your reader.

  • Make each piece a system, not a sermon. End with a small action, a tool, and a way to measure progress.

Conclusion and Call to Action

When you are stuck, do not wait for inspiration. Turn on browsing, run the prompt, select one topic that passes the test of timeliness, pain, and conversion path, then publish. In a world where platforms summarize the web for your clients, your edge is speed, clarity, and usefulness. Start today: publish one idea, include one move, and capture momentum.

Instead of forcing a late season launch, I have aligned the full invite with the first week of 2026, when decision makers reset priorities and are most primed to start new initiatives. You will receive the formal invite and enrollment path shortly, so you can start your AI work with me in 2026 and make real progress from week one.
