Earlier this week I hosted a live AI Insider Lab working session. It was wonderful reconnecting with many familiar faces and meeting several new ones. The conversation reinforced something I have been thinking about for quite some time. The professionals who will thrive in the coming years are not simply using AI tools. They are learning how to partner with AI in a completely different way.
Over the past year I have spent hundreds of hours studying and experimenting with AI, and one insight became very clear: the real advantage does not come from simply using AI tools, but from learning how to work with AI as a thinking partner.
That realization is what led me to create something new called the AI Insider Lab.

The Lab is designed as a small working environment where thoughtful professionals explore how to move from simply using AI to partnering with AI as a thinking tool. Inside the Lab we will explore and develop practical AI applications such as:
- Using AI as a research and analytical partner
- Developing powerful prompts, frameworks, GPTs
- Creating your personal Strategic AI Playbook
- Designing AI workflows for professional work
- Introducing, exploring, and integrating other AI platforms to discover which tools and environments work best for different types of professional work
- Exploring new AI capabilities as they emerge
This is not a traditional course. It is an ongoing exploration of how AI can become an intelligent collaborator in our professional lives.
How the Lab Works
The Lab will meet twice each month.
1. Strategic AI Session
First session:
Thursday April 9, 2026, 11AM EST
In this session we explore:
New AI capabilities and demonstrations
Real workflows you can apply immediately
Strategies for integrating AI into your work
Member discussion and questions
2. Implementation and Q&A Session
Second session:
Tuesday April 21, 2026, 2PM EST
This session is more interactive and includes:
Questions from members
Sharing discoveries and experiments
Examples of how members are using AI
Discussion of real applications
These sessions often produce some of the most valuable insights.
3. Breakthrough Sessions
When something significant happens in AI, I will occasionally schedule a special breakout session so we can explore the implications together.
AI is evolving quickly, and these sessions will allow us to stay ahead.
All sessions will be recorded and archived inside our private AI Insider Lab portal, where members can revisit the demonstrations, discussions, and ideas whenever they wish while they are part of the Lab.

Founding Group
