If AI Has Never Told You You’re Wrong, You’re Using a Mirror.

Most people using AI are talking to a mirror. They ask a question, receive a confident answer, and never discover that the confidence was manufactured to please them.

In this session I do two things. First, I show exactly how I convert one weekly article into a YouTube script, a LinkedIn post, a ten slide carousel, and more, using a skill I built in Claude in about ten minutes with no technical knowledge, plus a second skill that compresses a two hour interview into a four minute read. Then I put a real business on the table, live, with the owners in the room.

Barbara has twelve years of interior design experience, a color expertise most competitors lack, and 25,000 million dollar homes inside her territory. Her husband Patrick handles marketing and wants to start with Google ads. His reasoning is sound. AI rejects it anyway, explains precisely why the sequencing is wrong, and then names the weakness in its own argument. What follows is the uncomfortable part: five testimonials that nobody can verify, before photos that do not exist, and a portfolio built largely from their own home.

You will see the exact instruction I use to make AI push back on me, why I make it rate its confidence on every single answer, and the moment a member of the group produced a strategic reframe better than anything the machine generated.

If you have never had AI tell you that you are wrong, this is what you are missing.

I publish a new article every Wednesday and have for thirteen years. Read the archive and subscribe at chadbarr.com. To learn how to use AI as a genuine thinking partner rather than a search box, visit www.theaiinsiderlab.com
