This week’s reflection point: I am here in Miami meeting with my global growth mastermind group. We’ve had some terrific discussions today on how to increase our success and that of our clients. Here are some of my key take-away points:
- WOW your clients by constantly providing them with unique value that creates results that impact their success.
- Accelerate the speed of your delivery and the speed of your clients’ progress.
- Create experiences that only you can provide.
- Only work with clients that inspire you and are inspired by you.
- Create awards given by you once a year that demonstrate the best in certain categories.
- Develop powerful assessments where you measure your clients in areas that impact their growth while viewing their scores independently and in comparison to others.
- When reading a book, watching a movie, or attending an experience, learn to quickly and immediately internalize and apply your key learning points.
- Identify what success looks like for you and for your clients.
- Recognize what is great about your life and appreciate it.
