Peace Then Prospirity or Is It Prosperity Then Peace?

In a recent article in the wsj by Benjamin Netanyahoo, previous Prime Minister of Israel and currently the leader for the Opposition in the Knesset, he wrote about the potential of peace and the importance of prosperity based on the current successes in Dubai and the gulf states:

“With the right incentives and economic freedoms, you see this explosive growth that I frankly admire … We always said that if we have peace, then we’ll have prosperity. It may be the other way around.”
